Letters to Sala is a powerful play based on the true story of Sala Garncarz Kirschner, a young Jewish girl who survived five years in Nazi labor camps. Through a collection of over 350 letters she secretly preserved, the story explores themes of resilience, family, and memory. As Sala’s daughter discovers the letters decades later, past and present intertwine, revealing the emotional depth of one woman’s extraordinary journey. This moving drama offers students and audiences a unique window into personal histories shaped by the Holocaust.
